Returns & Exchanges

At Paint by Numbers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wearable art. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and designer packaging, into a secure shipping box or the original mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
